For your C1 Outfit: make the style of torso 1 t shirt you want. You can use any style Sand T shirt (tucked, rolled sleeve, untucked etc) and apply the jacket or vest over the top that gives you the style you want.
The chart below shows female examples but this also works for male.
Do not worry too much about the torso 2, we can change it after beff to a puffer jacket without it glitching away, or merge it onto other outfits with titan belt merge.
The chart below is your C2 outfit. Apply the tank top under the jacket you need for your torso 2.
